Data Capture Developments Improves
Business Intelligence
One of the major challenges for
most marketing organizations today is the capture of
good data. Many firms have data scattered across their
organization and transactional history tied to individual
customers is spotty, at best. At G2KC we have started
implementing new methods of data capture for our client
partners. Our new CardLess Loyalty approach uses the
most reliable transactional data: individual credit
card transactions.
G2KC has created agreements with
credit card payment processors that allows us to match
credit card spend data to individual customer records.
The data can be delivered in real-time, daily, or other
regularly batched feeds depending on the reporting
requirements and business needs.

The process is facilitated
by an individual customer enrolling in the program
and can be an adjunct to any existing loyalty program.
Once a customer has signed up (and allowed a retailer,
for example, to access their credit card purchases)
G2KC will start receiving all relevant purchase, visit,
and other data on a go-forward basis. This approach
is particularly effective in those industries like
retail where data capture is particularly difficult.
The CardLess Loyalty program is a turn-key solution
that can supplement existing POS data feeds and other
loyalty programs.
